High Tea Cruise on the Admiral Cheng Ho Imperial Junk Ship

Admiral Cheng Ho embarked on many missions sailing across the oceans in search of new lands and adventures.  The Imperial Cheng Ho Junk Ship is modeled after the famous ship Da Fu (number four) of the Ming Dynasty, when Chinese naval power was in its supremacy.

In keeping with this spirit of adventure, 54 members of PZAS embarked on a High Tea cruise on November 15th.  Everyone was in high spirits and enjoyed the spectacular scenery of the Singapore skyline, including the Singapore Flyer, the Merlion at Sentosa, as well as a view of the Southern islands, and a glimpse of Batam and Bintan. The children loved running around and exploring all three levels of the ship, while adults converged mainly around the food, and enjoyed the fresh air on the observation decks. The high tea buffet was sumptuous and consisted of many savoury items including curry puffs and sandwiches, as well as a selection of pastries like chocolate éclairs and muffins.

For all those who participated thank you for making this a memorable and uniquely Singapore experience.
