Chicken Masoor Potluck

Many enthusiastic and fun loving Zarathushtis of the Parsi Zoroastrian Association of South East Asia, Singapore, participated in the swimming and chicken masoor potluck event held at Waterside Condominium on April 18th, 2009. The 33 adults and 15 children happily partook in swimming, playing, chatting, eating, and more eating.

Under the balmy skies the children had a wonderful time running around spraying each other with water, swimming and splashing the dads and moms in the pool.

The evening was happily spent savouring the delicious and spicy chicken masoor, with crunchy bread, papat and kachumber. This was topped off by Carrot cake kindly provided by Farzad Hafezi, and cooled down with some ice cream.

A few handmade and machine embroidered gara sarees and materials for tops were also displayed and available for purchase.

Despite the heat the enthusiasm of the group was not dimmed and the evening was a great success. We hope more of you can join us in these monthly events.
