Multifaith Event with PM Lee
On December 3, 2010, PZAS was represented by 10 members, at the Grand Interfaith Dinner that was held at Expo Hall 2. This event was held as a joint celebration for the 20th Anniversary of the Taoist Federation of Singapore.
Singapore’s leaders including PM Lee Hsien Loong graced this wonderful occasion. Dr. Pesi Chacha received the commemorative award on behalf of PZAS for PM Lee. Please see attached picture.
Over two thousand six hundred people of varying religions, denominations, countries, ethnicities were present. It was wonderful to see the exchange of dialogue, and harmony amongst everyone. This
truly was a testimony to the unity, friendship and mutual trust that is the cornerstone of Singapore and the Inter-Religious Organisation.
